Do you support small orders?
Yes, when the product, supplier, and service scope are practical. Kelsy reviews each request and explains what level of support makes sense.
What information should I send before sourcing?
Send product specifications, target quantity, photos, drawings, samples, reference links, packaging needs, destination country, and any supplier requirements.
Supplier verification
Can you check whether a supplier is reliable?
Kelsy can review business information, communication consistency, product and quotation details, and basic risk signals. This helps reduce uncertainty but does not remove all risk.
Samples and production
Can you follow up samples and production?
Yes. Kelsy can coordinate sample requests, translate buyer feedback into supplier instructions, track revisions, and follow production progress.
Do you provide product development?
At this stage, Kelsy Sourcing focuses on sourcing execution, supplier coordination, inspection, and shipment support. We do not provide this service.
Quality inspection
Can you inspect products before shipment?
Yes. Inspection can include quantity, appearance, basic function, size, color, model, logo, label, carton, packaging, photos, and shipment readiness notes.
Shipping coordination
Can you coordinate shipments from multiple suppliers?
Yes. Kelsy can help coordinate supplier shipment timing, carton details, packing lists, warehouse or consolidation communication, and freight-forwarder handoff.
Do you act as a payment agent?
At this stage, Kelsy Sourcing focuses on sourcing execution, supplier coordination, inspection, and shipment support. We do not provide this service.
Private label and packaging
Do you help with private label packaging?
Yes. Kelsy can coordinate buyer-provided requirements for logo placement, product labels, carton marks, instruction manuals, barcode labels, and packaging materials.
Pricing
How do you charge for sourcing services?
Every sourcing project is different. For many sourcing and order coordination projects, the service fee is usually based on a percentage of the order value or a project-based quotation after we understand your requirements.
Service boundaries
Do you provide dropshipping fulfillment?
